They sold me on a package to clean the inside of my car. Specifically the windows. They didnt bother touching the passenger seats on back inside windows.

I personally love coming to otterbell to get my car cleaned. They dont always do the best job. However, nobodys perfect. But if you go over whatever is wrong they will correct it and make it right without any argument or attitude or hesitation. So I simply advise people all the time to come here because I do get great service.
