I use to go to Williamsville location. I never had any complain about the wash but this location is terrible. My car was not cleaned well, rear mirror was dirty after cleaning and stain from the snowwater was not cleaned at all. I will never go this locaion.

My explorer has a huge face so it ends up with a lot of bugs. I just bought the unlimited wash and went through it twice but bug splat was still present. Overall very happy with the service and pricing. I think if I dont wait till the bugs to dry up on the paint, it wouldnt have been a problem.

The car wash is fine but the cashiers are the unprofessional. I went to purchase gas and the cashiers were using fowl language and having an entire conversation before even acknowledging me. Delta Sonic is amazing as long as you dont have to go in.
