If I could give stars I would. This has got to be the biggest rip off ever. Paid for the Gold service and asked that they also do the undercarriage. None of the area near the car tires were cleaned properly. There was still soap suds around the bumper of my car as well. I had to ask them to wipe my side mirrors with tip in hand.

I paid . with tax for gold service and tips so total . and they didnt even clean my carpets, seats and mat. When I left I found out they didnt even clean the passenger side. I had to drive back and asked them to clean it. Definitely not recommend anyone to try. I went in the morning. It was not busy only my car there.
