I cant proove the carwash made scratches to my car but wanted to see if anyone else reported scratches on the passenger side of their car. I came in around pm on

Pretty clean facility. Quick service. Wheel cleaning and car drying could be better, but overall pretty happy with car wash compared to other neighborhood choices.

Stellar service Got my bimmer looking awesome, they treat you right regardless of if you bought the car at Lee Johnson or not. Great pricing on all the wash packages, needless to say I was satisfied with my Extreme it came with a ceramic wax and I was so stoked Left my car so shiny

I dont feel the car wash does a very good job. The lower panels on both sides of my car were still dirty and I didnt have time to go through the wash again. Ive never been impressed with the result of their car wash years, but it is free if your vehicle was purchased by them.

Just love Lee Johnson Auto Family I bought a Kia Soul EV great car and used their car wash frequently. Their attendants are super nice and professional, easy scanin system makes it zero hassle. Certainly a much better experience for me than going to a manual wash for sure. Thanks Lee Johnson, please keep up the good work

Pass on the car wash membership. For a monthly charge of you can use the automatic car wash, it does a fine job, not great, but good enough. The problem is, it seems as its closed for repair as often as its open, add that to the limited published hours and the manager who provided no customer service, it is not a good value.
